The High Court sitting at Entebbe rules that Troy has a case to answer.

January 22, 2018: Mowzey Radio is injured at a nightclub, De Bar, in Entebbe.

February 01, 2018: Moses Ssekibogo Nakintijje aka Mowzey Radio is announced dead at Case Hospital in Kampala

February 04, 2018: The prime suspect Godfrey Wamala aka Troy is arrested in Kyengera, a Kampala suburb, where he was reportedly hiding at the home of a friend.

February 07, 2018: Godfrey Wamala aka Troy is arraigned in the Entebbe Chief Magistrates' Court and charged with murder of the 34-year-old musician. He is remanded to Kigo prison.

February 26, 2018: Troy reappears before the Entebbe chief magistrates' court and murder charges are read to him by Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi Lukwago. Jane Kasuba, the mother of the fallen musician for the first time looks into the eyes of the man accused of killing her son as she is in court following the proceedings. 

March 19, 2018: Troy is remanded back to Kigo Prison after the prosecution team tells the Entebbe Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi that investigations are still going on.

June 18, 2018: Troy is committed to the High Court for trial over the murder. State prosecutor Macbeth Agumenitwe tells the Entebbe Magistrates' Court, presided over by chief magistrate Susan Okeeni, that investigations into the matter are complete.

August 25, 2018: High Court presided over by Jane Frances Abodo declines to grant Troy bail. He is seeking bail over poor health

September 05, 2019: The trial kicks off at Entebbe High Court presided over by Justice Jane Frances Abodo.

September 27, 2019: The High Court sitting at Entebbe rules that Troy has a case to answer. Justice Abodo says Troy has to defend himself on the evidence of nine prosecution witnesses who testified that the accused threw the fallen singer on the floor during a brawl at De Bar in Entebbe on

January, 22, 2018. This is after prosecution, led by Mr. Joseph Kyomuhendo, presents its last witness, SP Frantile Rwamusayi, the officer who arrested Troy in February 2018.

October 05, 2019: Troy, before court, denies involvement in the gruesome act, during his defence. Judge Jane Francis Abodo sets the date for summing up hearing of the case.

October 28, 2019: The High Court sitting in Entebbe finds Troy guilty of killing Moses Sekibogo aka Mowzey Radio and convicts him of manslaughter. Trial judge Jane Francis Abodo drops the murder charge, saying the prosecution successfully proved that Mowzey Radio was killed as evidenced by the post-mortem report from Dr. Samuel Karungi and Dr. Moses Byaruhanga, but the prosecution, led by Joseph Kyomuhendo and Joan Keko, however, failed to prove malice aforethought as an ingredient in the murder.

October 31, 2019:
Troy is sentenced to 12 years, three months and four days in jail for manslaughter.
