The Entebbe based side on Wednesday received a new kit as part of the fulfillment of the Plascon sponsorship to the club.

Entebbe Mongers Rugby Club has been boosted ahead of their Uganda Cup quarterfinal game with Toyota Buffaloes on Saturday at the House of Pain ground Entebbe.

The Entebbe based side on Wednesday received a new kit as part of the fulfillment of the Plascon sponsorship to the club.

Last February, the club received a home Kit and sh12.3m package from the paint manufacturing company to help them finalise their home ground.

"This is a boost to us and as a team, we are going for a win. Buffaloes may be a strong side, but know that this is a knockout tournament and we shall have no mercy on them," said club captain Andrew Olwenyi.

He also added that the club has signed four players from universities to add strength to the team.

Amos Malik, Brian Oroma, Moses Laboke, and Brian Mwebembezi are the young blood we have recruited this year from the Universities and I hope they will give us value.

Other quarterfinal games on Saturday include Betway Kobs facing Jinja hippos, Pirates play Shell Rimula Rhinos in Bweyogerere and Plascon Mongers host Toyota Buffaloes.
