Notice from Uganda National Roads Authority

1. The Government of Uganda (GoU) has allocated funds towards the financing of the Configuration and Calibration of the Highway Development and Management Model (HDM- 4) to Uganda conditions. A Consultant, under the direct supervision of Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) shall undertake the contract. The Government of Uganda through Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) now seeks to recruit a reputable consulting firm to undertake the services.
2. The main objective of the consultancy Services is to ensure accurate prediction of pavement performance models.
3. The services (studies and final reports) are expected to be completed within Twenty-Four (24) calendar months.
