Girls U17 team commences COSAFA preparations

Uganda is in group A and will play the first game on September 20 with Zambia, Mauritius on September 22nd and Comoros in the last group Match.

Uganda Girls U17 National team commenced their preparations for COSAFA U17 Championship that will be held from September 20 to 29 at Port Luis, Mauritius.
 
"We have officially begun training at the FUFA Technical Centre. All the players we summoned have shown up. We shall select 20 best players that will represent the country in Mauritius," said head coach Ayub.
 
Thirty players attended today's training that was conducted by Khalifa and his assistant Hadijah Namuyanja. The squad that will travel to Mauritius will be cut to 20 players.
