According to Kato, he is ever in trouble because of Wasswa. Whenever Wasswa does something wrong, the teachers end up punishing Kato.

Sheila Birungi, a teacher St. Kizito Primary School Bugolobi, says twins are amazing. "It is so interesting for teaching children who are identical. You think you know them, but it is tricky and they confuse me.

Wasswa Shanions and Kato Sheldon are identical twins and pupils at St. Kizito Primary School Bugolobi. The two light up the Primary Seven class and the whole school because they are such a joy to fellow pupils and teachers, who cannot tell them apart.

Birungi says since the twins wear similar uniforms, the administration and general school asked them to consider getting something to add on the school uniform for easy identification.

"They are also fond of each other. When one twin gets something to eat, he calls the other to share," he says.

Kato said their teachers, parents, and siblings, take long to tell them apart.

Since childhood, Wasswa says they looked so alike that their classmates could not differentiate them.

According to Kato, he is ever in trouble because of Wasswa. Whenever Wasswa does something wrong, the teachers end up punishing Kato.

The twins enjoy each other's company so much that they always go and play wood ball together in their free time.

Kato wishes to join St. Mary's College Kisubi and Wasswa wants to go to Ntare School where presidents Yoweri Museveni and Paul Kagame studied from.

"I might be a president in the future since I am going to join the former school of my role model where they are going to groom me like a president and I will make sure I look for president Kagame's very class and place where President Museveni used to sit," says Wasswa.

Asked about the effect of their separation in secondary school, Wasswa said being separated from his brother is hard, but they will get used to it. He, however, said he will miss doing chores in the name of his brother since they cannot be told apart.

"He does help me wash my clothes," said Wasswa, who added that being older means the younger should help with chores.

Although they are identical, the twins say they have slight differences. Kato says he is lighter-skinned and shorter than his brother. The two had a difference of 20 minutes at birth.

The twins also have their different interests. Kato enjoys football, while Wasswa loves Woodball

They enjoy the same food; matooke, rice and Irish as their favorite, served with chicken stew.

It is this bond they share that also alerts them when one of them is sick. "It is automatic. When I am not well, Shanions will know and come to help," Wasswa says.

Kato says, he too can tell when his brother is down. "I will feel uneasy and that is when I know Sheldon is sick.
