This year's edition of the Sseninde Women development Cup has been spiced up with more accolades and rewards, different from the previous editions.
The one-day girls' football bonanza will be at Kakyeka Stadium on August 24.
While launching the tournament at Rwampara Suites in Mbarara on Monday, Jean Sseninde confirmed the new awards.
"We shall, starting with this tournament, be granted a one-year academic scholarship to the best player in the tournament in the school of their choice, in addition to the
usual accolades," Sseninde said.
"Education for the girl child is also important in their development," she said.
