Vipers new signing Rashid Toha says he is ready to start winning titles.

"I am excited to join this wonderful club, this is a huge stride in my career. I am ambitious and focused on winning titles here at Vipers," said Toha.

Toha was introduced to his fellow teammates by head coach Michael Nam Ouma after signing a three-year deal to end his four-year stay with Onduparaka.

Toha also noted that his move to join the Venoms was the right decision to take.

"This is the right place for me to be after many years at my former club, it is a really good feeling, "he added.

His aerial prowess, art in striking the dead balls and good game reading are some of his strengths. He joins Vipers at a time when Geoffrey Wasswa is out of the team for a lengthy spell due to a knee problem.

But he will find stiff competition from Halid Lwaliwa, Livingstone Mulondo and youngster Jacob Ocao as the central defenders Ouma hopes to use next season.

He joins Paul Willa, Siraje Ssentamu and Allan Kayiwa other new players that been signed by Vipers so far during the transfer window.
