Background:
Caritas Moroto Diocese was created in 1981 as a technical development arm of Moroto Diocese. It commenced work as a relief agency and later assumed oversight role in development programmes with a vision of a dignified, peaceful, and self-reliant communities with operations in districts of Moroto, Napak, Nakapiripirit, Amudat and Nabilatuk with interventions in projects on WASH, Livelihoods, Nutrition and Health, Climate change adaptation, among others.
