UNEB late registration deadline is June 30

KAMPALA - The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has released a statement informing the public that the deadline for late registration for the October/November 2019 candidates is June 30, 2019.

Normal registration ended on May 31, 2019.

"UNEB therefore urges concerned parties to establish if their candidates are duly registered. In the event that they are not, parents or guardians are advised to make use of the grace period for late registration.

You can confirm your/a candidate's registration using three methods. Here is how:

1. Checking with the school/centre: Information regarding the status of candidates, such as names of candidates, their numbers and subjects for which they have registered, is available with all examination centres countrywide.

2. Checking by SMS on your mobile phone: Type Reg < space> full index number and send to 6600. The SMS facility is available on MTN and Airtel services.

3. Checking by the Internet: You can use a smartphone or computer with internet access by connecting to  >> THIS LINK.

On the page you are linked to, enter the candidate's full index number and click the search button. The registration details of the candidate including his/her photograph and registration status will be displayed.
