Finn Church Aid (FCA) is the largest international aid organization in Finland. FCA operates in 14 countries where the need is most dire. Finn Church Aid received funds from MFA Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland to support refugees in Palorinya and Nyumanzi Refugee settlements in Adjumani and Moyo Districts. Finn Church Aid now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction works of the following structures in the above refugee settlements.
