This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in UNDB online and the African Development Bank website on 17th February 2016 and the New Vision and Daily Monitor on Thursday 25th February 2016.
The Government of Uganda, has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Farm Income Enhancement and Forestry Conservation Programme -Project-2 (FIEFOC-2). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of 5No Motorcycles under FIEFOC 2 Project.
The Ministry of Water and Environment now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of 5No Motorcycles under FIEFOC 2 Project. National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank's Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of written application to the above address and upon payment of a Non Refundable Fee of Ugx 50,000. The money will be paid to the bank with the bank slips obtained from the Ministry of Water and Environment Accounts Section. No cash will be accepted.
