INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS

RTI International is an independent organization dedicated to conducting innovative, multidisciplinary research that improves the human condition. With a worldwide staff of more than 4,000 people, RTI offers innovative research and development and a full spectrum of multidisciplinary services.

In Uganda, RTI International is currently implementing the following projects / programs, with financial support from USAID: (i) USAID/ Uganda School Health & Reading Program (SHRP); (ii) USAID/Uganda Literacy Achievement & Retention Activity (LARA), both of which are focused on increasing the reading ability of primary age school children; (iii) Uganda—Governance, Accountability, Participation and Performance Program (GAPP) for improving the governance environment in Uganda—legal, policy, regulatory, and institutional— to meet demands for democratic governance and the participation of citizens and communities in local governance, with offices in West Nile, Bunyoro subregion, Central, Lango & Acholi sub-regions; (iv) Uganda Envision NTD Control Program that aims at the control and elimination of 5 neglected tropical diseases namely; Lymphatic filariasis, Onchocerciasis, Schistosomiasis, Soil transmitted helminthiasis and Trachoma in Uganda.

In order to support these interventions, and to meet organizational and client policies and procedures, RTI International would like to prequalify suppliers of goods and services for 2019 - 2023 and is therefore inviting applications from interested, experienced, and eligible bidders for the under listed goods and services:
