KAMPALA - The Police have admitted that Ronald Ssebulime was wrongfully killed by their officer after suspecting him of having attempted to assassinate Idah Nantaba, the Information and Communications Technology state minister.

"It is true that the deceased was removed from the police pickup and instantly shot dead by our officer. We have arrested the car commander and 02 crew members for trying to conceal the true facts of the events surrounding the killing of Sebulime," reads part of the statement signed by Fred Enanga, the Police Spokesperson.
