"He worked in the finance department, but he related well with everybody. He always cracked irresistible jokes that would leave all of us laughing. We are even more grateful to him for his dynamic involvement in the case that we filed against government, demanding that we be compensated for being relieved of our duties in an irregular manner.

Although our brother is gone, we remain with the consolation of winning the case. He leaves us with the hope that any time we shall be paid."

Judith Rwakishumba described her husband as an exemplary parent and family head, who loved his children and all members of his extended family. She thanked dignitaries like Joviah Saleh, General Elly Tumwine and the President's Office for offering the family massive support.

Rwakishumba was also mourned by members of associations and corporate organisations like Centenary Bank, AIP Insurance, Mbarara Archdiocese Development Association (AMDA) and Barclays Bank among others.

The late Rwakishumba will be  laid to rest in Kashari, Mbarara on Wednesday.
