Notice from Office of the Prime Minister

1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Office of the Prime Minister has allocated funds for conducting the Annual Local Government Performance Assessment for FY 2018/2019. This year's assessment is planned for September 2019 to February 2020.
2. The Office of the Prime Minister now invites eligible consulting firms to submit sealed Expressions of Interest (EIO) to conduct the Annual Performance Assessment for FY 2018/2019. The scope of work includes: assessing and scoring the performance of all the Local Government Votes (Districts and Municipalities) in Uganda according to the Local Government Performance Assessment Manual. 
3. Interested firms should provide information demonstrating that they are eligible and possess the required qualifications and experience to perform the services supported with relevant documentation. 
4. The Expression of Interest will be evaluated based on the Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Act(PPDA),2003. Each firm will be required to submit 5 copies of the documents (soft copy-pdf and hard copy)

1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Office of the Prime Minister has allocated funds for provision of Quality Assurance of the Annual Local Government Performance Assessment process for FY 2018/19.
   
   The Office of the Prime Minister working together with Local Government Performance Assessment Taskforce coordinates and oversees the annual Local Performance Assessment.
   
   The overall objective of the assessment is to promote effective behaviour, systems and procedures of importance for Local Governments' efficient administration and service delivery. The assessment shall be conducted by four independent firms; each targeting one of the four regions of North, East, West and Central. The system will be assessed for its performance for FY 2018/2019 and there is need to provide quality assurance for the performance assessment. 
2. The Office of the Prime Minister therefore invites eligible firms to submit sealed Expressions of Interest for Provision of Quality Assurance to the Annual Performance Assessment for FY 2018/2019. The scope of work includes: offering quality assurance of the annual performance assessment through a sample of LG's performance results as determined by the annual performance assessment teams according to the current Local Government Performance assessment manual. 
3. Interested firms should provide information demonstrating that they are eligible and possess the required qualifications and experience to perform the services supported with relevant documentation.
