Notice from Send a Cow Uganda

Send a Cow Uganda (SACU) is a grassroots rural development Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) that supports vulnerable smallholder farming households in Uganda to lift themselves out of poverty and become self-reliant. Since 1988, Send a Cow Uganda has supported close to one million people with innovative ways through training in better farming systems, enterprise development with the hindsight of gender and social change initiatives. We envision ‘A confident and thriving rural Africa' whose mission is; To give communities and families the hope and the means to secure their futures from the land' guided by our principle values of; Integrity, Stewardship and Accountability. SACU has had a footprint in over 40 districts of Uganda.

SACU wishes to pre-qualify vendors of goods and services who may subsequently be invited to quote and supply the same for the two financial years of 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 under specified categories. Bid documents can be downloaded from the links below;
