Notice from Ministry of Water & Environment

1. The Ministry of Water & Environment has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of furniture for the new Ministry building located at Plot 3/7, Kabalega Cresent Road, Luzira. The Entity intends to structure its payment towards this project throughout a period of about Two (2) financial years i.e. 2018/2019 & 2019/2020. The procurement will be carried under the PPDA reservation guideline and has been lotted as follows; Lot A: Top Management Furniture, Lot B: Senior Management Furniture, Lot C1: General Staff Furniture, Lot C2: General Staff Chairs, Lot D: Shelving& Storage and Lot E: Public Areas Custom Furniture. 
2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies. 
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, Regulations 2014 and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.
