Ndyaguma, Kabasweka book early tickets to Pattaya in TML golf series

 

 

After the Serena leg headlined by MTN, Ndyaguma is now on 233 points going into the final round of the series at the Uganda Golf Club on March 2.

 

"It's a great feeling! It's yet to sink in well that I actually won the ticket. Maybe I don't know how to get excited, but I feel good deep inside," Ndayaguma stated.

 

"I honestly don't put much attention to the Table Standings, I just think about my game and how I can play better every match day. I went to Palm Valley looking for 35 points, got 37; was again looking for 35 at Serena and shocked myself with 41!"Ndyaguma who plays of handicap 21 said.

 

Collins Bulafu and Geoffrey Orach who are closely following in the individual standings also made it to the final after their team collected 42 points to qualify for the final.

 

Peace Kabasweka also maintained her lead in the ladies category stretching her lead to 193 points after Saturday's action.

 

It's now obvious that with only one leg remaining, Ndyaguma and Kabasweka have a foot on the flight to Pattaya and their team mates Moses Mukiibi and Sheilla Kesiime will be praying that they lift them in the finals so as not to miss out on the trip.

 

The top two teams (of two each) and the best male and female golfer in the individual standings will make the trip to Thailand.

In Pattaya, the winners will get chance to play on some of the 19 golf courses in the city over the four-day expedition.
