INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO DEVELOP GUIDELINES AND CARRY OUT CAPACITY BUILDING OF BENEFICIARY GROUPS

  1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda has received a Credit from IDA towards the cost of the Regional Pastoral Livelihoods Resilience Project (RPLRP) and intends to use part of the proceeds of the Credit, towards payment for Consultancy Services to Develop Guidelines and Carry Out Capacity Building of Beneficiary Groups in the Management and Sustainable Utilization of Ministry Interventions in Karamoja Sub Region Under the Regional Pastoral Livelihood Resilience Project in the 12 Project Districts. 
  2. Over all the Consultant will be responsible for Developing Guidelines and Carry Out Capacity Building of Beneficiary Groups in the Management and Sustainable Utilization of Ministry Interventions in Karamoja Sub Region. The duration of the assignment shall be (12) calendar months. 
  3. The assignment will be done in the 12 districts namely, Kaabong, Kotido, Abim, Moroto, Napak,Katakwi, Amuria, Kumi,Bukedea,Kween, Nakapiripit and Amudat 
  4. The Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry & Fisheries (MAAIF) which is the implementing agency now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants (firms) should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the said Services.

  1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda through The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) has received from the World Bank towards the cost of the Regional Pastoral Livelihoods Resilience Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the Procurement of 10 Sets of Hay making equipment for Regional Pastoral Resilience Livelihoods Project. 
  2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the supplies in the table below: -
