Procurement of Assorted Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment

The Republic of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Uganda Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health Services Improvement Project (URMCHIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for supply and delivery of assorted ICT Equipment described below:

Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.

The Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of assorted ICT Equipment in two lots.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January, 2011, revised July, 2014 ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
