Community Efforts for Child Empowerment (CECE) is a registered non-profi t making and Child focused NGO, with our Head Offi ces based in Kiboga Town, Kiboga district. CECE is an umbrella organization, supported by ChildFund International to support six (6) communities (Masodde, Butemba, Kiyuni, Wakiso, Gayaza and Kinabwe) located in the districts of Kyankwanzi, Wakiso and Luwero. Our mission is "to create a conducive environment that supports the optimum development of deprived, excluded and vulnerable children". It is in the process of prequalifying its service providers and suppliers for the Financial Years 2018/2019, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021.CECE now invites suitably qualifi ed and Interested fi rms/organisation may obtain bid documents at CECE offi ces Kikweyengo village, Masodde parish, Wattuba sub county Kyankwanzi district upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 30,000 UGX ( Thirty thousand shillings)
