KAMPALA - Frank Akaknkwasa is quite unplayable in the ongoing Nigeria U19 tour to Uganda. The youngster has averaged a half century per game.

Batting at number five, Akankwasa returned a half ton of 67 from 95 balls in Uganda's 125 crushing against Nigeria Wednesday at Lugogo oval. His tally lies at 153 runs from two games.

Two games, two wins for the U19 Cricket Cranes and it's already Uganda's to lose as they continue to show that they are indeed in a different world all together.

Admittedly, Nigeria's realistic target is not to win the series but rather a learning curve for the team looking to offset a poor cricket background.

For the travelling side, there is nothing that has sprung anything of a surprise.

"We never expected to dorminate Uganda. Honestly they are way better than us and this kind of exposure will help us to surge forward as we prepare for more internationals" said Joseph Onoje, Nigeria's team manager.

The win leaves the hosts with a 2-0 lead in the five game series. Cosmas Kyewuta's second best return of a half-ton 63 from 59 balls was a classic.

Opener Zephaniah Arinaitwe scored 45 from 27 balls.

Nonetheless Nigeria's seamers gave the hosts something to reflect on. Isaac   Daniladi picked three wickets in 10 overs.

Action resumes Saturday at Lugogo oval.
