Crane High Blazers will face off with Bethel Nets in the Eastern Conference finals ahead of the Grand Final on August 11.

Watoto Timberwolves will face Taibah 76ers in the Western Conference finals of the National Junior NBA finals following the conclusion of semifinal matches held at Gems Cambridge International School on Saturday.

Watoto beat Agakhan Thunder 32-26 while Taibah edged Buddo Mavericks with a 45-43 win to set up the August 4 final clash.

Crane High Blazers will face off with Bethel Nets in the Eastern Conference finals ahead of the Grand Final on August 11.

Crane High eliminated the Gems Magic 51- 45 in the semis while Bethel had seen off Ssaku Hornets 3-28. It will be St. Noah girls against Buddo SS who beat Kisaasi College and Watoto 45-21 and 37-16 respectively.

The Junior NBA program was started to create a platform for youngsters to learn to play the game the right way and use basketball as a tool to learn life skills and values.
