League champions Vipers SC have continued to strengthen ahead of the new season with the signing of midfielder Abraham Ndugwa.
The former Masavu captain joins the Venoms on three year deal.
Ndugwa who scored on his Uganda Cranes debut, a 3-1 victory over Sao Tome and Principe in a friendly at Namboole, was one of the league's most exciting players last season.
He is also a graduate of Entebbe Young Academy that has produced players like Murushid Jjuuko, Denis Iguma and Benjamin Ochan.
Vipers battled for Ndugwa's signature with KCCA, URA FC, Mbarara City and Kenyan side AFC Leopards among others.
He becomes the eighth player to join the champions after Rahmat Ssenfuka, goalkeeper Bashir Sekagya, Joseph Janjali, Ibrahim Kiyemba, Fred Okot (URA), Livingstone Mulondo and Dickens Okwir.
