Midfielder Rahmat Senfuka has completed a move from Police FC to Vipers SC on a four-year deal.

His joining the Azam Premier League current champions is on an undisclosed fee.

Some reports, however, indicate that Senfuka, who still had two years on his contract with Police, was bought for over sh40m.

Senfuka has been one of the longest-serving players at Police FC before his move to Kitende-based Vipers.

His transfer was confirmed by his agent Musa Sebulime after meeting the club (Vipers) president Lawrence Mulindwa.

The central midfielder will be expected to make his debut for his new club during the CECAFA Kagame Cup that will be held from from June 28 to July 13 in Tanzania.

Vipers are placed in Group A alongside Tanzania's Azam FC, JKU of Zanzibar and Kator FC from South Sudan.

Meanwhile, there is still uncertainty over the future of Vipers players Brian Nkuubi and Duncan Seninde. The duo have been linked to Uganda Cup champions KCCA FC.

Vipers are said to be in advanced talks with Masavu FC captain Abraham Ndugwa.
