The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry & Fisheries now invites suitably qualifi ed bidders to submit sealed Short Listing submissions for the provision of Works, Services & Supplies for the Financial Year 2018-2021. Providers who will be pre-qualifi ed shall be invited from time to time to bid for requirements.

The list of Supplies, Works & Services to be provided include but not limited to the following; 

The evaluation criteria shall include but not limited to experience in the fi eld applied for, personnel, fi nancial status, and facilities as appropriate for each requirement.

Short Listing submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda. Short Listing is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Bukalasa Agricultural College and inspect the Short Listing documents at the address given below from 8.30am-5.00pm

The Short Listing documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Shillings (50,000/=). The method of payment will be by Cash deposit to the following Bank details.
