KAMPALA - Despite a poor display at the ongoing ITF Uganda Pro Circuit Tournament, tennis star David Oringa believes Ugndan players have gained a lot experience.

Oringa’s reactions came after all the Ugandan players failed to make it past the 32 round during the contest at Lugogo Tennis Complex.

Borris Aguma came second in Uganda's best perfomasnces. He picked a victory in the first round of the qualifiers in F2 Futures before falling to a defeat in the second round.

“This is a big tournament that most of us are playing for the first time. So we can’t promise that we shall win it, but we believe we have gained a lot of experience and exposure,”ssid Uganda’s seed two, David Oringa.

He added, "If we continue with such tournaments every month, then there will be an  improvement in the way we play and we shall be able to judge our others better.”
