South African WWE fans were left yearning for more of the action as the wrestling stars completed their three-day performance at the Pro Ticket Dome in Johannesburg on Saturday.

But just like the fans, the professional wrestlers cannot wait to return to Africa after massive crowds in Cape Town, Pretoria and Johannesburg watched their shows before they headed to Saudi Arabia to stage similar shows.

"I love Africa, the fans here are so passionate, it's been way better than what I imagined. I don't know why it has taken us long to come to Africa," Bayley said.

She said she feels inspired by everyone she works with including her mum, sister and children in the crowd.

"It's been 2 full weeks without seeing my fiancé and my dog. I'm looking forward to a free day, but the ring is my happy place; performing with the WWE is just the best thing on earth for me," she said.

Braun Strowman was also amazed by the natural beauty of the continent saying; "Africa is so beautiful, it has always been on my bucket list. There is so much natural beauty, the cultures are amazing. Everywhere we go we meet very passionate WWE fans but here it was awesome," the man who calls himself a monster said.

"We present what we do as entertainment and put our bodies through a lot of punishment. Our training is more consistent than, say that of boxers and it is more demanding
