Notice from Pallisa District

Pallisa District Local Government has allocated funds from DDEG, to be used for acquisition of above Work for the Financial Year 2017-2018. 2. The Entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Work for the Financial Year 2017-2018 as follows:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National/Domestic Bidding procedures contained in Local Government (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations, 2006, and are open to all Bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below and 8 (a) from 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. 5. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of Non-refundable fee of Shs. 55,000/=. The method of payment will be in Centenary Bank Pallisa Branch on Pallisa District General Fund Account No.3100047747. 6. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 27/04/2018 at the PDU Offi ce starting from 2:00 pm. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) before 11:30 am on 08/05/2018. Late Bids shall be rejected.
