Notice from Ministry of Water

The Government of Uganda represented by Ministry of Water and Environment through Water and Sanitation Development Facility - North has received funds from the European Union through Austrian Development Agency and intends to use part of the funds towards the cost of acquisition of Individual Consultancy Services to Conduct Indicators Baseline Survey in Twelve (12) Refugee Settlements.

The overall objective of the baseline survey is to establish the initial values for outcome indicators and at the same time provide essential context information on the socio-economic and WASHrelated situation in the target areas for detailed activity planning Specifically the Consultant will be required to:
• To determine the total population of selected refugee settlements and host communities • To assess the level of access to improved water supply.
• To describe the socio-demographic, cultural information of benefi ciaries.
• To determine the nature and presence of sanitation facilities.

Water and Sanitation Development Facility - North now wishes to invite eligible Individual Consultants to express their interest in providing the services. Interested individual consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualifi ed to perform the services and relevant experience to execute the required scope of services.
