KIBOGA - Five days after a Kiboga trader reported a robbery case to the Police, he says the suspects have not yet been charged.

Yakubu Kyazze is accusing Wilson Kalimbano a.k.a Kalibahoro, a Police officer and Ronald Kasasa, a businessman in Kiboga, of robbing him sh36m at gunpoint.

The Wamala region Police spokesperson, Nobert Ochom, said they had opened a general Inquiry file, but declined to give details.

It is alleged that Kalimbano also went to the Wamala region headquarters on Monday and his bosses grilled him over the same case. However, hee returned to his duty station and was not charged.

Kasasa also returned to his office, which is opposite the Kiboga central Police station.

"It is a pity that even when I reported the case, nothing has been done. I request any official to help me. It is not fair for a government officer to behave that way," Kyazze said.
