St George jet in for KCCA game

A contingent of 28 people from Ethiopia's St George FC  arrived in the country on Thursday ahead of their CAF Champions League tie with KCCA on Saturday at StarTimes stadium, Lugogo.

The delegation led by their head coach Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto and Uganda Cranes goalkeeper Robert Odongkara were received by a FUFA official, Mansor Kimumwe.

St George will conduct a light training session today at Lugogo.

The Ethiopian giants come into the weekend game well aware of their recent poor form. They have not picked a win in their last six games across all competitions. They are currently fourth in the league with 23 points from 15 games.
