KABALE - Forget about the Valentine's Day celebrations where people gather to enjoy cool romantic live band music or performances from renowned artists. This year's version of celebration was different for Kabale party animals.

Over 50 people thronged Kwanzi Guest House in Kabale municipality to celebrate the lovers' day for a charity cause.

The dinner, hosted by Ruth Kendegye Ndyabahika, the executive director of Gracevilla girls sanctuary, was aimed at raising funds to support the vulnerable girls in the home.

Kendegye said that since Valentine's Day aims at celebrating the essence of love, it was a rightful option for people to use the day to support the girls.

Revellers dressed in black and red partied till late as they enjoyed cool love ballads.
