PURPOSE OF JOB

RTI International is seeking experienced applicants for the position of Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager to serve as part of the Uganda Governance Accountability Participation and Performance program. GAPP is a seven year program to increase participation, accountability, and local governance for effective service delivery in Uganda. It is funded by USAID and DFID.
