Masaba who has been a trainer at URA FC since his retirement two years ago was unveiled by the club chairman Benjamin Nyakuni.

"We really needed an assistant coach in this team just like many of the big teams across the globe and we believe in Simeon. He has proved to us that he really wants to work with us as he was only informed two days ago, but he managed to travel immediately," Nyakuni told the club website.

Masaba who featured for Police, Villa and URA during his playing career before retiring in 2015,  was one of the longest serving right backs for the national team.

In the same development, the club also unveiled striker Malish Jamal as their first signing. He will have to fill the gap left by Leku Alfred who returned to his Parent Club Vipers SC after a short Loan spell.
