Isaiah Katumwa releases song about Uganda

Celebrated Jazz maestro, Isaiah Katumwa, has released a new song. But instead of Jazz, which he is known for, he sings. Yes, vocals and all.

In the song titled Uganda, he sings about the social affairs of the country.

"I am doing the unusual. I put the sax down to sing for the love of my country -  Uganda," Katumwa wrote on his Facebook.

The video has since got over 55,000 views. He asks about the source of the greed, fights, corruption and other various such vices eating up the country. Katumwa has themed the song: "A call for the nation and the honor of Uganda"

The song starts with him blowing the saxophone, making part of the instrumental sound that backs his lyrics through the song. He sings in Luganda, with English subtitles running throughout the video.
