BUL seeks to end four-year hoodoo against Villa

In their last 8 meetings, BUL have only managed two draws and a win against Villa’s 5 wins

Uganda Premier League: BUL FC v SC Villa

Kefa Kisala was the last BUL FC coach to defeat SC Villa in the Uganda Premier League and he now wants to prepare his team to achieve a similar feat when the two teams meet on Tuesday at Kakindu Stadium

BUL beat Villa 3-1 at Kakindu in September 2013 and the soft spoken tactician wants a repeat performance.

"We have come up with a strategy of playing for a win at home against very strong sides, despite losing at home to KCCA recently and Bright Stars FC away.

We are going to deploy a high tempo game throughout the 90 minutes because they too are youthful; make them lose concentration so that we get early goals before they can settle in the game. We definitely know they are vulnerable at the back and we shall take advantage," said Kisala.

Patrick Asiku, Mike Ndera, Hamis Tibita, Congolese import John Mwindo and attacking midfielder Yunus Sibila will spearhead BUL's attack.

Right back Umaru Mukobe is however still struggling to recover from an ankle injury he sustained a month ago.

Sixth placed Villa won the reverse fixture last season 1-0 and have a better head to head over the Jinja side.

In their last 8 meetings, BUL have only managed two draws and a win against Villa's 5 wins.
