THE former education minister Geraldine Namirembe Bitamazire says she never misses a chance to read New Vision's education Guides and encourages parents and teachers, "Not to miss the same opportunity."

She says that next week on November 8, when New Vision publishes the Early Learning/ Nursery Guide, "Good parents and teachers, need to secure their copies, to guide their children well."

The New Vision will for the fourth year publish the Early Learning Guide next week. It will be distributed, to all our outlets around the country.  You can also get it on our e-paper platform, on this website.

Bitamazire adds, "It is very good to have responsible media houses which are concerned about the country's education. New Vision has done a tremendous job over years, on producing great education Guides."

"It (New Vision), has for years been telling our teachers, parents and stakeholders the truth about education in this country. It has made sure that that we always know what is going on, in our education system. This makes you (New Vision) the best authority on an education Guide for toddlers."

She adds that, "I really love reading Mwalimu (Education pull-out for New Vision) and Essomero (education pull out in Bukedde newspaper)."

Bitamazire also notes, "I personally never miss such an opportunity to read these special Guides on education, in New Vision. I always read the University Guide, Schools Guide and Nursery Guide."

New Vision has pioneered the publication of several guides in Uganda. These include the University Guide, Schools Guide, International Schools Guide and the Vocational Guide.

Counting on our experienced team of writers and editors, we have gone an extra mile to offer you a Guide, you can never find anywhere on the market.

More so, the state minister for higher education Dr. John C Muyingo says that, "Children are what you make them. What you do to prepare them, in their first five years of learning, will greatly influence their future," remarks

"This is more reason why New Vision's Nursery (Early Learning) Guide, is a good publication for any concerned parent," he added.

The Nursery Guide publication will provide well-researched information on the importance of early learning as well as a platform for providers of kindergarten education and related services to showcase their facilities, services and products.

The free copy of the Guide will demonstrate the central role kindergarten education plays in setting a strong foundation for a child's academic journey.

It will also provide information on education insurance and savings, minimum benchmarks for a good kindergarten and the issues parents should consider in choosing a learning centre for their children.

The Guide will provide an opportunity to service providers and suppliers of children related products, to advertise their offers.
