President Yoweri Museveni has warned government officials against using government money to make useless trips abroad.
The President said this money could be used to establish development projects, so as to solve the current unemployment problem.
Museveni was presiding over the graduation ceremony of the first batch of over 600 girls under the Presidential Initiative of Skilling the Girl Child, held at Kololo Independence Grounds recently.
The graduates were skilled in shoe-making, tailoring, hair dressing, weaving, baking and knitting, among others.
