Kisoro holds thanksgiving for Kayihura's re-appointment

The people of Kisoro have held a thanksgiving ceremony to thank the President for re-appointing Gen. Kale Kayihura, the Inspector General of Police.
The function held on Saturday at Isaaza playground in Kisoro Municipality is expected to be graced by the President, Yoweri Museveni.

The celebrations started on Friday with Kayihura presiding over a schools' football match at Seseme Primary School grounds.
Part of the celebrations include honouring the late John Kalekyezi, Kayihura's father, who died in the struggle for independence.
