Pre-qualification / Bidding documents shall be obtained at Procurement & Disposal Unit at Moroto Municipal Council from 8:30am - 4:30pm on working days.

 

Moroto Municipal Council has secured funds from different sources and now invites applications from interested eligible, competent and reputable fi rms to be pre-qualified to provide the following:

Note; for items in D (1, 2, 3, 6) you are requested to include your quotations. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

You are required to fulfi ll all of the following conditions.

• Name of the Firm / Company,

• Physical & Postal Address, Telephone Numbers, Email contacts

• Certificate of Registration (with particulars for registration/ incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association & VAT Certifi cate),

• Certified Copy of valid Trading Licenses for the 2017/2018

• Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certifi cate Moroto Municipal Council for FY 2017/18

• Company / Organization Profi les with details of Key personnel, Equipment capacity, past company experience in the category you are applying for.

• Audited Accounts for the past two years / Bank Statement for the last 1(one) year

• Power of Attorney to the signatory of the Bid

• Eligibility of Company directors (where it applies)

Pre-qualification / Expressions of Interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Local Governments Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2006 and Pre-qualifi cation is open to all eligible Bidders.
