"Anybody harming or killing the opponent because of opposing views should be condemned. The Government is not involved in assassinating political opponents. We condemn the attacks on the three MPs," Rugunda said.

Last Thursday, a similar attack occurred at the home of Rubaga North MP Moses Kasibante at Ssendawula Zone in Lungujja, Kampala and for all the three incidents, the Police recovered pieces of the exploded devices at the scenes for use in investigations.
Kampala metropolitan Police spokesperson, Emilian Kayima, yesterday said that investigations are underway to establish the motive behind the recent grenade attacks.
