Leopards decided to loan Kateregga out after he fell out with coach Robert Matano

Allan Kateregga has been a darling of AFC Leopards fans in the Kenya Premier League due to his dribbling skills and now its KCCA fans' turn, albeit temporarily.

The dreadlocked midfielder has today joined the Uganda Premier League defending champions on a four month loan deal.

There is an option to make the deal permanent when Kateregga's contract with his parent club expires in December.

Leopards decided to loan Kateregga out after he fell out with coach Robert Matano. In their 1-0 defeat to Bandari, Kateregga came on as a substitute before he was later withdrawn.

This reportedly did not go well with the player who is alleged to have verbally attacked Matano who didn't select the forward in subsequent matches.

The left footed winger will now likely compete with Allan Okello and Jackson Nunda for a spot in the team after becoming the 11th signing of the transfer window.
