A police officer salutes the Flags of Uganda, EAPCCO and East Africa During a ceremony where Kale Kayihura The Inspector General of Police was made  Chairman of East African Police Chiefs Cooperation Organisation  replacing  Emmanuel Gasana, the Inspector General of Rwanda Police during a EAPCCO meeting at the Commonwealth Resort in Munyonyo on Thursday 14 September 2017.
