Joint Clinical Research Centre wishes to make an invitation for proposal and/or bids for registration of providers/suppliers for services, works ,supplies and under framework contracts for the coming three calendar years 2018,2019 & 2020 as described here below.

1 -PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR WORKS,SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS.

Application should attach copies of the following documents.

(a) Names of Directors, National identification card and their passport size photographs

(b) Current Trading License or Drilling permits where applicable

(c) Certificate of registration or incorporation, Articles and memorandum of Association

(d) Registration Certificate for value added tax (VAT) where applicable.

(e) Contact address both physical and telephone, and an active E-mail.

(f) Original/certified copies of current income tax clearance certificates

(g) Company/Business profiles with details of core area of specialization & staff, equipment, past experience etc

(f) Financial status of the firm/company i.e. latest audited accounts for the past 2 years or (bank statements for at least six month)

(g) Non-refundable receipt of 100,000/=

(h) Experience of at least two years except to new companies

(i) Registered powers of Attorney to the signatory of the pre-qualification document.

(j) A well filled bid submission sheet

(k) PPDA Registration Certificate.
