INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION, FRAMEWORKS FOR WORKS, SERVICES AND SUPPLIES FOR FY 2017/2018

 


Hoima Municipal Council invites applications from competent firms, Companies and individuals for provision of works, supplies and services for Financial Year 2017/2018.

Bid documents will be obtained from the PDU office located at Hoima Municipal Council Yard upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 UGX for services, works and supplies to HOIMA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL GENERAL FUND A/C 01983501006370 DFCU BANKHOIMA Submission of bids for pre-qualifi cati on and Revenue sources must be received in sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘Applicati on for pre-qualifi cati on for parti cular works, Supplies and Services applied for in the FY 2017-18 addressed to: The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit Hoima Municipal Council, P. O. Box 149 Bid document will be received in person and registered by the PDU staff on or earlier than Friday 11th August 2017 at 11:00a.m and thereaft er bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representati ves who will choose to att end at 11:30 am in the Municipal yard at Municipal Offi ces. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the PPDA Act 2003, Regulati ons 2006, Guidelines 2008 and Ministry of Local Government Policy 2007 and 2014 on management of Markets where applicable. Unregistered and late bids will be rejected. Hoima Municipal Council is not bound by any lowest or highest bid.
