1. Bid documents can be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of a non refundable fee of UGX 103,000 for both framework contracts and registration of service providers and all payment should be made to the General Fund Collection Account No. 01983501005650 DFCU Bank, Mbale Branch.

2. Detailed information can be obtained from the Bidding document and Procurement Unit.

3. Deadline for submission of Bids is Wednesday, 2nd August 2017 at 10:00am and there after Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:15 am in the District Council Hall to be witnessed by interested bidders.
