There was drama at Parliament today when Busiro North MP Dennis Galabuzi who is also the Minister for Luweero Triangle, was mistakenly identified as a stranger.

Agago Woman MP, Franca Akello, rose up on a point of order and said, "Our rules don't allow strangers in the chambers of Parliament. I see a stranger sitting between Hon. Ephraim Kamuntu and Hon. Kasolo. It is the first time I am seeing him."

Akello's statement attracted laughter from fellow legislators as Galabuzi sheepishly smiled while raising his hand.

Responding to Akello, the Speaker Rebecca Kadaga informed the House that the he is not a stranger but the Minister for Luweero Triangle and a Member of Parliament.

Galabuzi is one of the MPs and legislators who are rarely seen in the precincts of Parliament.
