The final send off of late Ssebaana Kizito at Mpande village in Luweero district has started.

The central government is represented by minister of Justice and Constitutional affairs Kahinda Otafire, Kampala minister Betty Olive Namisango Kamya and public service minister Muluuli Mukasa

DP president general Nobert Mao in the photo above, has attacked Lukwago, Nambooze and other leaders accusing them of arriving late after all other important guests had arrived in time.

He apologized to the Kattikiro on behalf of DP for the indiscipline that has occurred here, saying that fellow leaders should avoid creating scenes at events like this one.

Ssebaana is given a three gun salute to appreciate his contribution to the country.
