Uganda Development Bank Ltd (UDBL) is the country's only Development Finance Institution (DFI) established in 1972. The Bank has recently re-positioned itself as a partner to the Government of Uganda in delivering the theme of its National Development Plan. UDBL is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Equity Investment Specialist.

Job Grade/Scale: UDBL 04
Reports To: Director Development Finance (DDF)

Job Summary

This is a specialist role within the UDBL structure whose primary responsibility is to provide consultation to management on Equity investment decisions. The job holder shall promote/mobilize Equity business, analyze and/or appraise equity funding proposals as well as monitor such businesses in the Bank's portfolio, with the view of ensuring sustainable equity financing.
